For folks with an Athlon 1.0ghz n Above what temp?

What temperatures are you getting?
I have an athlon 1.33ghz and i'm getting 45 degrees idle and about 51 degrees (C) at full load on a warm summer day.

That’s actually really good in my opinion. Most of my systems run 24/7 with an idle temp of about 54 degrees. No problems.
