I just read that there should be a fan that sucks the air and a fan that blows it out. I have Antec 300w case with 2 fans on the back that suck the air. Should I make the front one suck the air and the back one blow it out? my mobo temp is 30 celcius (that's for my EMERGENCY! HIGH TEMPS post)

generally the fans at the back should blow hot air out and the fans in the front take in air, also the same with side, top and ps fans they should blow hot air out of case.(a ps with fan as intake will blow hot air into case!) don't forget to tidy-up those cables.

If anyone has other tips to help this guy from losing his investment(meltdown imminent) in a matter of secs, please do chime in.

AMDMELTDOWN is right - intake up front, exhaust in back. With the design of some cases, hot air tends to build up in the area around the processor. An exhaust fan in the back of the case, level with the CPU will make a big difference.
