Cant change boot sequence using usb and ps/2 converter keyboard

mu laptop keyboard is not working .i want to change the boot sequence to usb .but cant open the bios as keyboard work after the starting of windows. i am using ps/2 to usb converter keyboard

do you have a ps2 connection on the laptop,if so try using that instead of ps2 to usb converter
