Phenom II N850 vs. Pentium P6200?

Hey guys. Trying to decide between which deal is better.

AMD Phenom II Triple-Core Mobile Processors N850 (2.2 Ghz, 3.6 GT/s) = $295 (scratch and dent)
250 GB SATA Hard Drive (7200 RPM)

Processor: Intel Pentium Processor P6200 (3M Cache, 2.13 GHz) = $327 (refurbished)
320 GB SATA Hard Drive (5400 RPM)

One has a slightly faster CPU & HD and less space for a cheaper amount (AMD). But then again, the other one has a slightly bigger space, but I would have to pay more.

Any suggestions?

  1. for my part i would not touch a refurbish because you have a very short warranty on something that was defective before...

    For the amd, is it scratch and dent on it for real....

    I don't think used laptop are reliable, but i would go with the amd if still in good condition

    Hello StridingCloud;

    What are the warranties like for each model?
    It might work out that the model with the longest warranty is the best deal, everything considered.
  3. Nevermind. But thank you guys very much!
