in one of Tom's Hardware CPU Guides, i've found the ideal thing for overclocking my Pentium 2 300. site is found here http://www4.tomshardware.com/cpu/9 [...] w8-06.html . unfortunately, i have no idea where the Pin #s are located. can ANYONE help me with a diagram showing where the VIDs are at?

You can get a pin diagram from Intel's website, look in the developers pages.
