1.2 to 1.4 Athlon

I had a question about the amount of power needed for a 1.2mhz athlon as opposed to a 1.4mhz Is there a GREAT deal of differance between the power needed for the 1.2 and the power needed for a 1.4?

I believe the 1.4 uses 72 watts of power. I don't recall the figure for the 1.2, but I would guess it is about 55 watts.
