SSD - The Performance Upgrade of the Future
http://www.anandtech.com/cpu/showdoc.html?i=1524 well i mean both reviews show diff sides toms and anandtech's but i mean.. hmm Tom's seems to support Intel more and Anandtech seems to support AMD more. I'm curious how a 2GHz AMD will compete with a 2 GHz p4~ --call it what you wish, with this machine I can make mercury flow in 3 directions at once--
Unfortunately we probably won't be able to compare clock for clock 2ghz for awhile since Athlon's highest stepping this year will be 1.6 or 1.7ghz. Of course, a 1.7ghz Athlon should outperform a 2.2 or maybe even a 2.3ghz P4 in most things. BUT..that's not what we're comparing. Mark- When all else fails, throw your computer out the window!!!
I love AMD Processors but they really need to match intel clock for clock. The stupid masses out there don't know the difference. Change the sig of the week! Don't fake the funk on a nasty dunk!!
