You would have to pose a more direct question I think..
what I do know:
the Dell D series is a very long lived series of business notebooks, and all the D series can use interchangable optical drives, docks and accessories.
the 620 can come as a Core solo, Core Duo, Core2Duo - have seen all of them although the Core2 Duo is the more common.
they can have the intel integrated graphics, or similar performing graphics from ATI and Nvidia, with Intel Integrated being the more common.
as far as memory and hard disk, display resolution, they can be all over the place- they were highly customizable units.
you can look up the specifics to your unit with the Service Tag on Dell's site. the service tag is on the bottom of the unit, on a small white label. alternatively, it is also in the BIOS.
overall, they are highly reliable business class notebooks, although they are aging quite a bit as they have been out of production for 3-4 years.
the D630 replaced it, with only modestly upgraded hardware. for general use there is pretty much nothing wrong with a D620, just dont expect to game on it other than very basic stuff.
