Need help because whenever I start my laptop, startup repair keeps doing what it does but it never seems to repair the problem. It always that "If you have recently attached a device to this computer, such as camera or portable music player, remove it and restart your computer.If you continue to see this message, contact your system administrator. How do I remove this program I downloaded so my windows could start normally again without losing any data except for that one?

Hi, the same thing happened to me today, i was installing a windows program and got the same result as john, help meeeee! i keep getting a message saying - startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically, and the oine john mentioned-
