PII L2 cache issues

Hi guys, I need some expertise........
I'm currently running a PII 400Mhz OCKed to 496Mhz-(124Mhz FSB.)
I would like to achieve 133Mhz FSB- 533Mhz clock speed,
I know that my L2 cache doesn't like to run at 533Mhz
so I'm just wondering whether disabling the L2 cache is going to be a worthwhile tradeoff ?
