Hi,

We've had no trouble with a Pop3 Mail account connecting to a Treo 600 using
the ROM Mail Client until about 2 weeks ago.

Trust me it is not a configuration problem and we can get to the internet on
the phone. Also mail won't work with other mail clients like Agendus,
Snapper etc. However, I can reach my account on Roadrunner.

The school says it isn't their fault. Sprint says "duh". I'm convinced it
is the school.

Any reason why a POP3 server would not connect with a phone when it has been
working fine?

Thanks,

Sounds like they've changed something at the school end. Have you tried
altering the security protocols for accessing email (TLS / SSL settings
etc)?

Have you checked the side of your e-mail file (Email_libr_xxx)? Do you
have a lot of free memory left? (Use FileZ or FileProg for this, both
freeware)
