How to change refresh rate in windows 7 safe mode

Hello,
i by mistake changed my refresh rate to 100 Ghz in now my monitor is displaying "out of rage" message, i changed it from intel someting in the control panel, and now i am not getting that option in safe mode, please help.

You should have an option to enable VGA mode in the same menu that allows you to boot in safe mode. That will reset the video settings like safe mode, but will also let you select a more appropriate setting.

So your monitor doesn't have enough "rage" to go at 100 Ghz?

But seriously try what cklaubur is suggesting it should work.

They call it
"Enable low-resolution Video (640 x 480)"
in the Win7 Advanced Boot Options(F8)

So yeah, that should get you sorted(and everything will be HUGE).
