MS word 2010 can''t change icon

I want the icon to work, I can't change it in properties. Someone help me please

1) Delete the existing corrupted shortcut from the desktop.
2) click the Start orb and type winword.exe into the search bar.
3) You should see winword.exe appear in the top of the white box.
4) Right-click it and choose Send to >> Desktop (create shortcut)
5) Right-click that new winword.exe desktop shortcut and Rename it "Microsoft Word 2010".

Thanks, I just replaced the shortcut (Deleted it then dragged the program to the desktop again) and it's fine. Thanks.
