IE 8 for windows 7

Hello, I put IE9 on my dell latitude D830, It is not stable, and Skype hangs as soon as it starts loading. I would like to go to IE 8 to try and avoid this. Can it be done?

Just uninstall IE9, the system will revert back to 8
