All the system is start but my display is not showing what can i do?

all the system is start but my displays is not showing???it shows scartches

Please list you system specs and what steps you have taken to try to resolve this. Without that information there is little we can do to help.

Mention your problem in more detail.

Check your cables that connect monitor to the CPU.

Also if you have graphics card, remove the pin from graphics card and connect it to the CPU port.
