Getting no boot from a KT133A board w/ Athlon 1.4 Ghz/266FSB (133). I think the socket on it is tweaked cuz the chip dont drop right in like it should.

The only other board I have to test with is a KT133 board (Soyo K7VTA-B) which I know will not support the 266FSB (133)
BUT
Can I run that Athlon 1.4 at a 200FSB (100)on that Soyo board? I just need to confirm the chip is good.

Please help, this has been a friggin nightmare.

Yes, you can. Just set it as such in the BIOS. You can run it at 900, it'll test it just as well.
