place to buy black components

I know TEAC makes floppy drives and CD-ROMs with black bezels. I've generally found TEAC products to be quite reliable.

casefans are black (lucky)
paint the top of the hard drive black.
paint the psu too
wrap your power connectors with black plastic or black tape.
get some bringt red or black rounded IDE cables.
SB live range of sound cards are black.
one of the major mobo manufacturers makes black mobo's. or MSI does nice red ones.

your cpu heatsink is unlikely to go black, unless you can find a anodised one or see what happens when you paint one!

If you are going to paint your monitor you should probably unplugg it first and remove the casing and paint the pieces individually. I know that dell sells black monitors.
