Hello, I have a Sony VAIO with the code SVT13114GXS. My webcam was working fine, until I tried to update it from Arcsoft Webcam Companion 3 to Arcsoft Webcam Companion 4. Now, whenever I try to open it, there's a message saying: "Webcam not found. The webcam is either being used by another application or is not connected. Please click Connect button and try again." I've searched all around Google, but I didn't find anything. I tried reinstalling the driver, nothing. Please help me!

Try this:
System Restore - choose a date from before you updated Arcsoft Webcam Companion.
Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
