Swapping a P2 for a P3 and i have sum Q's.

First off, Hi and thanks for atleast reading this.

I own a Dell Dimension XPS R450 with a P2 450mhx processor and i can get a p3 600mhz processor for dirt cheap. I want to know if i can swap these. They are both slot style processors. What do I have to look at the see if they are compatable?
