my powerpoint presentation at 2010 is not opening due to 0xc0000005. what should i do?

The error 0xc0000005 is generated when a application tires to access a memory location that it should not access.

Cause of this vary.

I think may be the installation was not done properly.
Try Uninstalling previous versions of MS OFFICE.
May be you have two PowerPoint in your computer.
