Mouse icon disappears(windows 7)

Hello,
My mouse icon of my laptop keeps disappearing every now and then, although it does come back after a few seconds, it can prove to be really annoying. Please help me in resolving my problem.

CHECK THE MOUSE/TOUCHPAD settings in control panel
