Too many factors to list. To begin with, there were TWO 600's with 133MHz FSB: The 600B and the 600EB. The 600EB was also avialable in both Slot 1 (SECC2) and Socket 370 (FC-PGA).
Now if you get the older, more expensive, slower working 600B, your fine, except that it would only run at 450, unless your board supports a change to 133MHz FSB. Which slows you down!
Now for more problems-if it's a 600EB, your motherboard may or may not work with it, depending on whether or not it supports Coppermine processors. If it does, you'll still be limmited to 450MHz UNLESS your motherboard also supports a 133Mhz FSB.
Now for even more problems-If it's a Coppermine, Slot 1 will require a new SECC2 style cooler. And FC-PGA will require a converter card PLUS an new cooler.
So why didn't you make it easy on us and tell us what motherboard these things are supposed to go on?
Back to you Tom...
