Choosing between two Acer 5742G models

Hello,
I have to choose between two Acer laptops that cost the same. The difference is that the one is with i3 2,13GHz processor and 4GB RAM and the other is with i3 2,53GHz processor and 3GB RAM. All other specs are equivalent. May be the laptop will be used for Autocad, so I am wondering which combination will be better.
