this guy used a DEFOGGER WINDOW KIT and a toothpick to successfully unlock the XP... he shows screens of it at different mulipliers and has it 1804 MHZ so far.

so the debate is over... the pencil trick work anymore...but it is still defeatable

I doubt that AMD would have suddenly decided to stop people overclocking with this. More likely they just wanted to stop people from overclocking and then returning the chip when it fries by making it impossible to pencil it.
