I doubt that AMD would have suddenly decided to stop people overclocking with this. More likely they just wanted to stop people from overclocking and then returning the chip when it fries by making it impossible to pencil it.

Bump for Raystonn's benefit. The post where he says he successfully unlocked it is near the top of the second page. Took him a lot of work though
