Printer offline

Hello, Installed windows 7 64bit. HP Pro K550 worked for about a month then is always offline. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the help. Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and software. When I reload everything windows 7 installed drivers etc. Said everything was fine but it was still off-line. Finally got mad and removed windows 7 and reloaded it (clean install). Everything works fine now. Go figure? We'll see if it takes or not after a few weeks. Thanks again for your help.
