Are you talking about a particular program such as Outlook, Live! Mail, etc?

You shouldn't need to change over your e-mail address from a old computer to a new computer unless you're running Windows 8 and have a M$ account on it.

I'm assuming it's a mail program you're making reference to. Get us the name of that particular program and we'll be able to help you further.
