I have tried to contact customer support and they say the firmware update
link is working fine. I cannot seem to get the download started. Some
history... after the last update I have not been able to go to some sites
like ebay. I view 2 pages then have to reboot my router. I go to netear
support and follow pages to get to my router and get link for version 5.20,
right click on it to save target as, and the download window pops up and the
little piece of paper goes floating accross the top of the popup, but no data
gets trasferred. I am runnin McAfee AV, firewall, privacy control,
spamkiller, and antispyware software. I even manually disabled all of these
to appempt to download. I even connected my ethernet cable from my router to
my cable modemto bypass the router and still nothing. Any help or
suggestions would be appreciated.

Go to a friends house and download the drivers. Sounds
like your setup is having too many problems.
