asus got 2 years warranty, but dell only for 1 year... both is global warranty =)
i normally use for web browsing,gaming,assignment(microsoft office...etc...) and programming since i'm studying IT now (software engineering)
and i plan to make it a dual boot (Win7 + Linux uBuntu)

which 1 should i choose?

the specs you posted are identical, I don't get what you asking...

I'd say get the one with longer warranty

I've had really good experiences with Dell and their customer support so I gotta say Dell.
