How do i reset my pass word on a fujitsu lifebook laptop?

my girlfriend has forgotten her password on her fujitsu lifebook laptop...how does she reset it?

boot in safe mode, log in with admin account, reset password.
if that doesn't work, well.. look into password unlock utilities

Restart your PC and while booting press f8 it will go the pc in Safe mode change the password here.

if this doesn't work
1) Download stellar phoenix password recovery software ( free download demo version)
2) Use system restore
3) use the password reset disk
