Drive is full!

Hello All
How do I free up some room from my C drive I tried disk clean up but i need much much more, I tried defgramenting it but there isn't enough space to do that.
any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

clean out previous restores...

buy a new drive or delete all your non essential programs.

Check your downloads directory and delete old stuff from there.

delete porn/buy bigger drive

remove all the cookies and temp files also open the drive property and do clean up .

delete files from recycle bin
download and run ccleaner
