I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop that is about 4 years old. I got a virus a few months ago and have had nothing but problems since! I paid my "virus protection" service nearly $300.00 to remove it which I think was unsuccessfull since I still have so much trouble. I've tried malware programs etc, and as a last ditch effort I've decided I wanted to wipe everything from it and start over to see if it helps. However, I seem to have lost my recovery discs and am unsure how to go about doing this. I've piddled around on the internet trying to find an answer that helps me. Suggestions?
