I need some help pretty fast if you could spare your time. I formatted the drive on an old dell 400 with ntfs .After loading the files xp needed it reboots and gives me the ubv.I went to the recovery and did chkdsk and it recovered. The only problem I have now is when I boot the pc several times before it goes into windows it shuts of and reboots and I have to select the mode I want to boot into" normal". Eventually it will boot to windows. But if I shut down again it does the same thing it tries to boot into xp and then you hear the monitor shut down and it tries to boot again. If you can help with some advise I would appreciate it. Thanks Bruce
