Does anybody have any advice on where the best Website is for getting technical advice/help for free or otherwise?
I just tried installing a new CD Burner in my fathers computer, (Win 98), and when I try to load the software I get all these wierd error messages like: "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library".."Runtime Error!".."COMMONFILES\INSTALLSHEILD\ENGINE\6\INTEL32\KNLWRAP.EXE"
I would love to find a really good place to go on the internet and find answers. Please Help! Thanks, Dave T.

"www.microsoft.com : support : knowledge database" is a good place to start.
