I am trying to find a comparison between the ATHLON 4 MOBILE PROCESSOR AND THE INTEL PIII-M 13 MICRON MOBILE PROCESSOR WITH 512K L2 CACHE.
Where can I find that comparison and where can I get info. I am trying to make a decision between these 2 mobile processors for about 50 laptops that I am planning on buying, about a $100,000 dollar investment. I don't want to make a mistake , I am looking for speed but also stability , I hate jerkiness in processors. The PIII has always displayed that jerkiness that I don't like.

What speeds for each, and what price?
Also, what motherboards will be in each different laptop? That will make must more of a difference in stability than the CPU itself.

What kind of "jerkiness" are you talking about with P3s?

Tha athlon 4 mobile and the p3 mobil are pretty close, like burger said, it will be the speeds they run at and the motherboard AND the price which should be your determining factor.
