i just now installed extra 2GB RAM of my existing 2GB RAM , it shows only 2.76 GB usable of 4GB ,What to do about it?

To begin with, 32-bit Windows 7 cannot use all your 4GB of RAM.
The maximum it can use is typically around 3.12 GB.

The difference between 3.12GB and your reported 2.76GB = 360MB

That 360MB is reserved for hardware, with the graphics adapter getting the lions share on computers where the graphics adapter has no dedicated memory of it's own (it then has to use system RAM instead).
