This is the Disaster Recovery Process that has been created should my office burn down. We're an centralized IT department, storing all information, internet connection, user and important data in our location.

This is it exactly:
Type of disaster: Total loss of building and equipment

Systems lost needing attention:
1. Payroll SQL
2. Payroll Terminal Server #1
3. Payroll Terminal Server #2
4. Notes server, Server1
5. Webserver
6. Firewall
7. IT-2003
8. Monitor PC
9. MAUI520
10. MAUI270
11. Misserv (on MAUI270)
12. VPN dial in
13. IT PC’s and laptops

Purchases needing made immediately (In order of priority)
1. Payroll SQL, 28K
2. Payroll Terminal Servers, 52K
3. MAUI520, 52K
4. MAUI270, 52K
5. Notes Server, 9K
6. Webserver, 6K
7. IT-2003, 8K
8. IT Desktops/Laptops, 20K (does not include training)
9. Firewall, 1.5K
10. Cisco PIX, Routers, Switches for temp office, ??K

Remainder of items will be ordered as time and office space allows. The above will get us back up and running with all equipment [Exclude Company Name] needs to have normal operation.

There are a few other pages attached which say Who will rebuild a particular server.. but it doesn't have a list of users, or actual configuration. It's like saying "rebuild your home computer" - How many people actually know all the stuff you have on it, even though you're on it daily.
