I just upgrade Windows Me into XP Pro after it finishes the setup it tell me to restart and then the comp would just keep on restarting right before it shows the Windows XP screen

AMD K6-3 450mhz
128 PC100 ram
IBM 20Gb HDD (the one known as the HDD that crashes most often)

You should under no circumstances upgrade a windows to another. If you want your pc to work ok, make a clean install. And you are low on the Ram for XP (at least 256)

He's not low on memory. 128MB is the minimum, <b>but 256MB is best</b>. (Of course, he could use a processor upgrade...)
