Install windows upgrade, 7 ultimate to professional

I have Windows 7 ultimate installed I bought Windows 7 Professional upgrade, follwed the instructions, typed Windows Anytime Upgrade in the start box, no list comes up, only "No results found". What do I do now please?

You cannot upgrade from Ultimate to Professional since Ultimate is the highest edition.
In your case, the Professional Edition would be a "downgrade", not an upgrade.
That's why there is no "Windows Anytime Upgrade" in your Windows 7 Ultimate.
With Ultimate there is nothing higher to upgrade to in the Windows 7 family.
(that's why it's called "Ultimate").

If you want to install Professional Edition, you have to wipe the Ultimate Edition off your hard drive first. Then boot your PC from the Professional DVD and install it.
