The computer runs great. No stutters or anything. The individual scores are as follows:

Processor: 7.1
Memory: 7.4
Graphics: 1.0
Gaming Graphics:v1.0
Primary Hard Disk: 5.9

I appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you in advance.

"These scores don't mean anything " , While I do agree as a benchmark WEI is louys. Howerver they ARE a good troubleshooting aid and in his case indicates a severe problem with Graphics which should be resolved.

Most like likely since you have a i7 you probably have a HD3000/Hd4000 iGPU and I think that is what WEI is basing your score on - But still should be higher, guessing around a 4.
Most likely it is the driver, and or a problem switching between iGPU (used for 2D apps)and dGPU (3d Apps).
Could down load furmark and run, see which GPU it is picking up. Don't run for long as it may heat your cpu/gpu more than you would like.

I'd probably start with downloading and re install HDxxxx driver (from Intel) and then do the Nvidia driver (From Nvidia). Side benie - you get the latest drivers.
