Need Help Bad

HI i have a HP DX2000 mt i got windows 7 32 bit on it had 1gig of pc3200 ddr
ram and 3 pc3200 ddr 256mb all ram is non ecc 400mhz and i got a geforce 8400 GS 512mb video card
I just recently bought 2 new 1gig non ecc pc 3200 400mhz ram chips but the computer is not reading them i made sure in win 7 that my msconfig was able to use max ram and tried juggling the ram around a bunch of times and after the 4th time of juggling the ram around my new video is now not working its not broken tho i hear the fan running and i just got it
also wanna note the new ram and old ram are not from the same manufacturer please help i dont know what to do im gonna go do dishes and check the forum in an half hour and hopefully someone by then will have an answer to help me
