Got my new Zire 72 and boy what a good machine! One thing I love about
palms and despise about Windows CE devices is that Palm devices just
work with very little hassle! Despite all the great things about Palm
there are sometimes problems.
Here is one
For years I have Ired my Contacts list from my Palm VII/VIIx to my
Windows CE Jornada 680/690/720 contacts list. However since buying my
Zire 72 I have been having problems getting my 500+ contacts to IR over
to my Jornada 720 contacts database. What happens is that when I go to
send and then receieve (in the all contacts catagory) only 4 contacts
are received on the Jornada end.
Howver if I go to a catagory on my Palm (like for example business
contacts) all of the contacts IR over to the Jornada 720. I am having
problems IRing all 500+ of my contacts over.
Thanks..
The migration process from the Palm VIIx to the Zire 72 was nearly
flawless. However I had to delete a half dozen applications (pqa's, and
some other apps that are not compatible with the later os). The data
transfer was flawless. However I hate Grafti 2, is there a way to
downgrade to Grafti 1?

is the power of God.
