Computer shutting down

Hello, my laptop keeps shutting down and then a kernel critical error comes on and it restarts, what does this mean?

Overheating is a common thing with laptops. Dust it off and make sure it gets free air all the time. Don't let it stand on a table, put a book or something underneath the rear end of it, so it has some space and doesn't heat up the table.
