Forum for dell inspiron 1420 boot manager deleted problems

Hello,
I have mistaken deleted my laptop BootMgr for the modal of DELL INSPIRON 1420,and the monitor entirely black and no the buttons are working.
What should I do or re-fix with what software from anohther laptop.
It is not working at all...
