How to fix the deleted BootMgr for Dell

I have been mistaken deleted my laptop DELL Inspiron 1420's Boot Mgr and caused my computer unable to boot and window is replaced by black screen with only " Missing BootMgr".
All keyboards are not functioning.
Please guide me how to fix it or restore the system.
I do not mind to lost all my datas,just want it resume normally.

  1. If you have your os dvd you can put it in the drive and use recovery console to fix the mbr. The tool on you os dvd is called fixboot. Good luck..
  2. I think you can also use your recovery partition to repair the boot manager.

    Check and see if you can run the Dell Recovery option. It uses a hidden partition on your hard drive.

    If nothing those options don't work try EasyBCD
    It's a powerful bootloader management utility program. It's what I use and it's been useful in helping fix problems similar to yours.
