Windows boot manager windows failed to start

Hello,
I tryed to reboot my computer, it is a Acer desktop. I used the back up DVDs on the last cd it said failed. gave me statas 0xc000000f and boot failed becouse a recuireddevice is inaccessitle. It also says I need a windows installation disk. It did not come with one.

If my desktop did not come with a cd for Windows 7. But had it on there, where do I find the key to the one that was on the computer?

There should be a COA sticker on the side of your PC case with the licence Key printed on it. Looks like this

Your PC may have a recovery partition, try holding down 'Alt' then keep pressing 'F10' when you apply power to the machine, see if a recovery screen appears...
