AMD 1.2 Temperature

What is the correct temperature for AMD TB 1.2GB. My CPU is running at 48C/118F and my ASUS A7V266 at 23C/73F. Is that normal.

For a 1200, guessing 40-50. I have a 1200. Right now 43C, 60C is my shut off. You should have a intake fan. And at least a 300watt PS, they suck air out good.
