Cursor is froze

Hello, i have tried everything. i keep reading post that tell me to do everything that requires me using my mouse. does someone know anything that does not require that. If i could use my cursor i could fix my problem more easily ,but i can't . it is an emachine laptop with windows 7

If neither your touchpad or mouse work, try hitting ctrl-alt-delete. If nothing happens, it's not your mouse freezing, it's your laptop freezing. If ctrl-alt-delete works (brings up task manager) then you may need to uninstall/reinstall your touchpad/mouse drivers.
