Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me. I have a custom built pc( by a friend) has quad core phenom processor 4gb ram. Gigabyte motherboard 500gb hard drive with windows 8 preview installed. And a formatted 250gb. I'm trying to install windows 7 on the formatted drive but everytime off cd hangs on expanding files. So I thought I'd try USB stick. Got a 16gb cruzer blade. Formatted and made bootable. Windows on it. Will start via my computer but whenever I try booting it on standup I get an error about not being digitally signed. I've tried numerous things but will not boot from USB. Anyone know how to resolve this? Any help is help. Cheers. Ryan

Uhh did you buy your copy of windows from a store? If the dvd is bad, take it back to them.

It's a copy of a genuine disc. I've used it on ther computers fine. Even on this computer My mate built it 4 me. Brand new he worked at novatech at the time. I just can't understand why it won't boot my USB stick
