What's a good cooler?

OK, I'm getting together everything I need for my big
upgrade, and I'm finding a world of confusion from a
corner I never expected -- the CPU cooler. I've read
the Tom's Hardware "Can't Touch This" review of 46
coolers, and I'm still not sure what to get. Here is where
I stand:

I am upgrading to an Athlon XP 1500+ with a Soyo DRAGON+
mobo, and 256MB SCC RAM. I have *no* intention of
overclocking. Furthermore, this computer will be in my
living room, and I have a family, so noise *is* a concern.

What are your recommendations for a good fan/heatsink?

coolermasters are pretty quiet.
and the 1500 is a pretty cool cpu too.

Excuse me for a moment. I need to drive my ergonomic wheely chair over a sheet of bubble wrap!
