comment-Both 64 DDR W/TV-out; question is which one is better and what is the difference between the two.

Sound Card: Philips Acoustic Edge5.1--->$69

comment-At Crucial.com included free S/H

CD/CDR Drive: Use existing------------->$0
comment-Already have CD-ROM & Plextor 24/10/40A

DVD Drive: Maybe in the future--------->?

Hard-Drive: Use existing--------------->$0
comment- Using Western Digital 40 gig 7200 rpm

Monitor: Use existing------------------>$0
comment- Using 14" monitor :-( Will upgrade to 17" LCD when more money is available

Total W/Shipping & Handling------------>$705 + or - $10

This is a substantial performance gain for me, since all this time I been using Celeron 300A. Since 1998; but because I wanted to do some video encoding/editing I needed a more powerful system. In additional, I would like to learn/play with 3D program such as Maya, 3D Studio Max and Lightwave.

Please feel free to comment on my future system.

You'll probably also want a better video card, if you're going to be doing lots of 3D work.
